Grey Figurations, Randy Solon's latest one-man exhibition of recent oil on canvas paintings, will be on view at the Art Verite Gallery from March 26 to April 8, 2011

The show features figurative paintings all rendered in the artist's signature color: grey - a distinctive feature of Solon's art since his student days at the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts. Solon produces various images all in grey, lightly tinged with other hues. His subject matter for his paintings varies, from reflections on the human form to nondescript street vignettes in Manila.  Monochromatic and oftentimes melancholy. Solon's fascination with the possibilities posted by the color grey is evident in the entire collection.

Grey Figurations opens March 26 and runs until April 8, 2011 at the Art Verite Gallery, located at 2C-05 2/F Shops at Serendra, Bonifacio High Global, Taguig City.
