Appearing for the first time on Wish Ko Lang!, acclaimed actress Dawn Zulueta plays the role of Jenny Alcain. After several years of working in Taiwan, Jenny is finally reunited with her family. But the joy of homecoming would soon turn to grief as Jenny finds herself in an unusual medical situation. Given only a few months to live, Jenny refuses to succumb to her disease.
