Dennis Mercader, Solar Water Heater with a Plus

Dennis MercaderWhether saving on power bills, beating the cold water of the showers, having a backup light during black outs or simply making things more affordable, Dennis Mercader had focused his time and creativity to build this affordable and one of a kind Solar Water Heater.

Dennis, the only child among 4 siblings in the family to graduate college, was able to finish Mechanical Engineering thru his own effort. Being a working student since grade one, he was exposed to different fields: fishing during his elementary years, to being a movie stuntman during high school, to working in a mall in college.

He dedicated his life to uplift the reputation of the Filipinos, which made him to pursue the creation of the Solar Water Heater, with a plus.

Dennis proudly showed and introduced his invention. “Only one of its kind” cited Dennis, for this is the only Solar Water tank heater that has a self cleaning device. He called it a hydro jet action or turbulence action. Everytime the water goes inside the tank, there will be a great turbulence action that causes the water to move that prevents not only built ups inside the tank but also prevents the legion Ella bacteria to grow, because there are no stagnant water inside the tank. With this, you will not only have hot water, but clean and safe water as well.

Also, this is the only solar water heater that can supply you with solar electric that can be used as backup for sudden lost of electricity during black outs, for lights, electric fan and tv usage enough to last for about 8 hours.

Standard design tanks are available from 30 to 80 galloons but he can also design and produce tanks depending on the budget and specifications requested. Size, color and installations are a no problem with Dennis. His invention is maintenance free and can last up to 20 years. He can also place your solar water heater tank built in to your roof, cool huh?

Dennis’ words of inspiration for his fellow and aspiring inventors “Ano man ang hirap na dinanas nila, dinanas ko din, kung kaya ko, kaya din nila (whatever hardships they are going thru, I have gone thru them as well. If I can do it, they can do it as well.) In our life, when we look back, we will see and appreciate the hardships that we went thru and that it is because of these hardships that help us push to move forward and eventually brings us to the top. Never give up. As of Freddie Aguilar’s song, ‘ang umaayaw ay hindi nagwawagi, ang nagwawagi ang hindi umaayaw’. As per Napoleon Hill ‘just one step ahead’ You will never know where you are and where you stand if you don’t go any further. If in the course of your journey you fall down, pick yourself up, move on and never give up”
